1. Acceptance
By using Nestwing, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, complete identity verification, and provide accurate information.
3. Marketplace Role
Nestwing is a community connecting independent Companions with Seekers. Companions are not employees of Nestwing. Companions are not medical professionals.
4. Payments
Nestwing is currently offered as a free service. Companions and Seekers do not exchange payment through the platform. We may introduce paid features in the future; these terms will be updated before any such change.
5. Liability
Nestwing is not liable for actions taken by companions or seekers off-platform, or for medical events during travel. Use at your own risk.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including the Companion code of conduct.
7. Trademarks and third-party content
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Nestwing are registered and unregistered trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks related to airlines, airports, and other travel providers belong to their respective owners, and Nestwing uses these trademarks solely for identification purposes.
The trademark owners and Nestwing are unaffiliated and independent entities. Display of a third-party trademark on Nestwing does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between that owner and Nestwing. You may not modify, duplicate, or use any trademark without the prior written consent of the relevant owner.

We may update these terms with notice via email.
